As a postpartum doula, I provide physical and emotional support and household assistance after the birth of your baby.  I will help you with self-care recovery, postpartum comfort measures, infant care and feeding, and getting connected with support in the community.  Practical support may include preparing simple meals and snacks, getting frequent drinks, and minor household assistance, including light grocery shopping, laundry and/or dish washing.  The tasks that I provide will depend on each family's individual needs. 

I am available for anywhere from 3-5 hours per day beginning after your baby is born.  I will work with your family for a few days or a few weeks, depending on the need.
